Since 2010 QM has been certified by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers to design, build, repair and certify pressure vessels according to the ASME Code Section VIII Division 1. U and R Stamps.
We work with any type of pressure vessel, in our experience we have designed complete cement and sand plants including installation and commissioning work in situ.
We want to ensure the quality of welding in all our processes according to the ASME code, So we have:
INSPECTORS
• Level II Welding Inspector according to IRAM-IAS U 500-169.
QUALITY OF MATERIALS
• We weld different types of materials, including carbon steel, alloyed and microalloyed steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
WELDERS
• Welders are highly trained and have the required qualifications for each type of work according to Section IX of the ASME Code
INSPECTION METHODS
• Welds are inspected under various non-destructive tests, such as: Visual Examination, Magnetic Particles, Penetrating Inks, Ultrasound tests and Radiographic plates.
EQUIPMENT
• We have state-of-the-art welding equipment that ensures compliance with the parameters used.
PROCESSES
• We weld with GMAW, FCAW, SAW, SMAW and GTAW processes.
